Metfor XL 1g contains metformin 1gm and gluconorm g1 is a combination of 2 different medications which also contains metformin in addition to Glimiperide 1mg. It depends on what your sugar levels are, HBA1C is when medications are altered. If your sugar levels remain controlled with this medication then it can be continued.
