Since , I had done low carb dieting along with 2-3 km running for 5-6 months I had developed symptoms of weakness, fatigue, dizziness , 17kg weight loss etc very soon after starting this program . Now even mild physical activity is impossible for me and I had to eat lot of  carbohydrates many times a day  to keep my symptoms under control and even skipping a meal is very tough for me . Inspite of taking many multivitamins my problems did not cured and I have gone thyroid, CBC ,kft,Lft, which came out to be normal . I suspect it to be hypoglycemia or some adrenal gland issue . Plz help
