My T3 and T4 and TSH levels
Sir/Madam
My T3&T4 are normal but TSH was 6.
Till this age my harmones were all with in the limits but now why did this occur
And what would be the effect of TSH 6 reading..
My diabetes is in fair control..
Please suggest what to do and do I need to start medication for Thyroid.
Is this a hereditary as my mom is having the thyroid and uses thyroxin daily..
And do male also prone to thyroid problems

U should check your Anti TPO antibodies. If positive, u better start thyroxin.
