Hormonal Imbalances

I am a diabetes patients.almost loose 7 kg in one year. Please prescribed me proper diet chart to control my present condition.

I am on Lantus 6/14 units, Metformin 500mg & Sitagliptin 50mg twice a day. My Random sugar is around 150 & fasting around 90. Do physical workout 6 days a week. But my HbA1c reading is 9. The readings didn't change much even after six months even after strict control diet. Any change in medicine is required. Request advice.

I hv been suggested to do some tests LH-FSH-TSH-PRL, CBC, RBS HBA1C and AMH by 1st/2nd/3rd day of period

63 years old female having lodoz 5, stalopam 10, eltroxin 50mg. Found magnesium as 1.6 which is below standard range. What medicine should take or shall we replace lodoz 5 with something else?

Hello I'm 19years old there's isn't much beard or hair on my Face just little in the chin and a little in moustache or upper lips. I'm a regular masturbator. Does maturation has any relation with growth of facial hair. When I see people of my age with thick hair I feel depressed, I'm 19 but still no beard on cheeks. My father has thick beard. I'm scared whether it is related to my masturbatory habit??

Tsh level raised mchc is raised monocyte decreased count uric acid decreased level.what is diagnosis

I have high prolactin around 60ng/mL. I am also diagnosed with PCOS in 2014. In 2015&16, nothing came in ultrasound. This year again it came in ultrasound. I got hormonal profile test done which shows everything within limit except prolactin. I have symptoms of  hiruitism. Should I see a gynaecologist or a dermatologist. I have a decent active life style.
