Hormonal Imbalances

My mother has low TSH 0.01 for 6 months under diagnostic and now in 7 month TSH is 0.04 She has low hear rate min 37 and max 55. Doctors suggested to insert pacemaker. Does she really need a pacemaker?? is there any other options?? please suggest.

I hv thyroid(high tsh) . M on eltroxin from 2 yrs. Tomrrw my thyroid gland scan is done . My thyroid scan stts is Both lobe of thyroid norml in size ,shape and ecotexture.both thyroid lobes slightly coarse echogenisity ..no enlarged lymph nodes r seen in neck.no sol seen in either side.. Even i am regularly taking tablet janumet 50/500 , glycomet SR. Sugar level not reduced from 220 mg .
