one sugar level reading doesn't decide whether you have diabetes or not .
There are stages ,
like Impaired glucose tolerance or prediabetes ,
then further going to established diabetes.
To confirm , Test called HBA1C has to be done .

It means you have prediabetes. However, get a blood test called as Hba1c to confirm.
