Hormonal Imbalances

I am a 57 year old lady, i had my thyroidectomy in 2010 and now regularly having my thyroid medicines.. now I am taking thyroxine sodium tablets I.P 100 mcg in midnight time But i feel catchy seizure in my legs and dryness in throat After eating the tablets but it gets fine after drinking some water .. why I am having this pain and dryness during night time after having the thyroxine tablets??

Plead ehelp i never had thyroid. I just got diagnosed with left vocal cord paralysis. Doc has suggested voive therapy. Upon vheckng i found out tsh is 0.007 . I am shocked. Is it temporary or will i have to battel it life long now Attached is my report.
