Thyroid issue
Hi, Recently I had my thyroid test And my T3 and T4 levels are in range but TSH is slightly high 6.9. Do I need to take medication or a regular exercise will help controlling it and bring it down in range. Thanks

Hi, Your TSH is in borderline range. As your T3 and T4 are normal you can wait and repeat your TSH levels again after 3 months. No medication is needed at this stage. You may also need to get thyroid antibodies checked depending on the level at the time.
