Hello doctor, my haemoglobin was 13.6 and hs crp was 4.3 past two months back but today again when I tested my haemoglobin is 12.5. It changed by 1 in two months. Is it normal or should i be worried. Thanks in advance

Hypo thyroid.Extreme high tsh level 142.
I have thyroid test on 5 may 2024. The report shows tsh level is 142. Normal range is.5 to 4.5.
I am suffering from thyroid since last 7 years.
But i have not any big health issues.
What should i do now.
How can i cure this.
