My mother blood sugar fasting is 224. She takes Amryal 2 and Galvusmate 50/500 one tablet daily . Is this ok ?

My husband is 38 years old. He did an annual health check up. Below are major concerns, pls suggest: Urine glucose: 2+(250-300mg/dl) Fasting blood sugar is 323mg/dl Urine ketone : trace 5-15 mg/dl Hba1c : 11.7 average blood glucose : 289mg/dl.

I am on hypothyroid medication of 75mcg since 1.5 year. But I have been facing low sugar issues since 8-10 years. I take heavy breakfast in the morning and that too healthy. But still, within 2-3 hours, I get extremely weak, with shakiness, headache, dizziness and extreme hunger , confusion and palpitations. I would then  have to pop a chocolate to feel somewhat better. I have got my hba1c checked several times and the one checked in April was 5.4% which is completely normal. What should I do to solve this issue? Because now it's even happening in the evening at times. It's hampering my work schedule and I am also gaining some weight because during such episodes I take juicy or sugary foods to get immediate relief. Currently I am only taking thyroid medicine

My fathers was having stalix m xr 100+500 once daily for the last 3 months and his reports are below HbA1C - 6.9℅ Fasting - 130 Pp - 136 So doctor changed his medicine to stalix m 50+500 twice daily. My question is 1000mg metmorfin dosage normal? Will there be any complications after having it like hypoglycemia? What are the symptoms of it and what to do after that? Please help

My mother in law has been diagnosed with a right eye cataract & she might need surgery but she is diabetic from past 5/6 years & under medication.
