Am having headaches from yesterday..Dr given medicine for bp have no use .bp is very high from yesterday

Dear sir my h1bc is 6.5 ,my weight is 135 kg , few 6  month my lifestyle poor, suddenly increased 6 days I daily check fasting suger is 218 to 220 and pp is 240 to 280 i consult doctor, Start first day meta forming dsr 500 per day please suggest this medicine and habbit change control my suger please help and next suggestions

Hello , My HbA1c is 5.28% and Average Blood Glucose is 104.84 mg/dl . Are the parameters fine or are those under range of pre diabetic ? Kindly suggest

Taking/drinking lemon water with no sugar added, prior to 4-5 hr of measurement of blood sugar level at fasting in morning, can increase or decrease blood sugar level (BSF)? or there will be no impact of lemon  water drinking on BSF reading? Pls. Guide. Fasting done for more than 12 hrs. Only lemon water without suagar and with salt taken before 4-5 hr of giving blood.

Along with high level creatinine (1.51), sugar level is also high- fasting- 129 and hba1c- 7.4. is it matter of concern, please tell

My age is 30 and my sugar level with fasting is 108 and Post 2 hour after having meal is 104 , is it prediabitic condition ? Should I take care ? How to prevent from prediabitic condition ? I have also attached my repost, kindly guide.
