Hello Doctor, I am 33 weeks 2 days pregnant, I have gestational diabetes, I take Metformin 1000mg 2 times per day and diabetic diet, my sugar level was very well controlled for that Fasting is 87 and Pp 94, but suddenly my sugar level increase so much in just 3 to 4 days it became fasting 102 and PP 111 .why is this happening is their any problem? How can I control it now?

It’s not too High but as pregnancy advances it might happen that sugar might not get controlled by metformin alone follow strict diet and do walking if still no improvement consult endocrinologist for better control of blood sugars
