Iam not diabetic recently iam checked hba1c levels that result is 5.5 . Is it normal? If any necessary check random blood sugars even check after hba1c pls suggest.

I have observed ,post lunch I am feeling little tightness in the head and neck .It makes me uncomfortable and difficult to concentrate on work.I would like to know the reason behind it and the cure for the same .I have few other symptoms as well like slight shivering and also I feel like taking deep breaths post lunch.I dont observe the symptoms if I do any cardio workouts .

I have high insulin level of 500. But if I check sugar fasting and pp , it is normal. I feel very hungry with in 2 hours. If I didn't take food within 2 hours, my eye sight becoming dim. Why it is so.

What's the normal hba1c level in people. Some doctors told below 5.7 Some doctors told below 6.0 What's the correct. Regards.

Gestational dibeties detected; with twins. Hence my doctor suggested insulin 6 units (Levemer). After 3 weeks of insulin did blood test in which my sugar level fasting came at 90 and pp 99. However glucometer test most of the time shows reading for fasting sugar at  103 and pp 141. A bit confused with the two different set of results. Unable to visit my doctor; hence looking for guidance.

Please suggest diet for 217 blood sugar count. How to reverse it.? Which fruits and vegetables to take? Can milk be taken in this? Please give a list of recommended food and what to avoid. What to do take and when to take.
