Query regarding Thyroid Test

My doctor prescribed me a thyroid profile test (T3,T4 & TSH) . At what time the blood sample must be given for best results as it is a hormonal test. Once I went for PTH test after 10 am , the lab refused to take my sample claiming that the PTH test is hormonal test and must be given between 8 am to 10 am and not after that. Is that the same case with Thyroid profile too ?

Is it a sign of pheochromocytoma?

Hello, I have been on antidepressants for the past 15 years. My higher than normal blood pressure was first detected by my treating psychiatrist 7 years back. And my hypertension medications are going on since then till date and now at a higher dose. 4 years back I had my first spell of what the psychiatrists call panic attack and anxiety disorder and I'm on anti-anxiety medications as well. Anxiety attacks still continues to happen daily inspite of medications and therapy and when this anxiety attack spell happens along with palpitations and profuse sweating and flushing and my blood pressure shoots up and leads to headaches and occasional chest pains. My recent egc showed sinus tachardia. My cardiologist suggested I be scanned for pheochromocytoma and got my blood and 24hr urine tested. Report enclosed. I have been advised MIBG scan as per test report. Let me know if based on the above symptoms is pheochromocytoma possible or is it psychiatric illness not responding to medications?
