I have Blood Sugar 175 Fasting 240 After Food not taking any medicine what I should do.....my mother has diabetes I am having same blood sugar almost 16 months pls suggest what medication I should take ....

Hello friend your sugar levels are definitely in diabetic range.... Even if you don't have any symptoms visible right now it will definitely must be affecting your organs like kidney, heart, eyes and blood vessels... U will realise these things after some years maybe if not earlier.... So plz don't neglect these sugars as when we treat diabetes early effectively long term diabetes complications will be minimal proven in lot of studies...!! Which medication to be given that best suits person is decided by lot of factors aftrr proper history and examination of patient..!! Kindly get your Hb1Ac also and consult endocrinologist..!!
