First of all
We need to check the levels of TSH along with anti thyroid antibodies after one month and compare the reports
In case there is no improvement then we need to increase the dose of neomercazole.
In case the symptoms doesn’t subside we need to start with a dose of steroids on a temporary purpose like wysolone and slowly taper it
Next Steps
THYROID FUNCTION TEST AND ANTI THYROID ANTIBODIES ALSO A SONOGRAPHY OF THYROID TO RULE OUT ANY NODULES
