Query on dosage of diabetes tablet
Ordered wrong dosage of tablets which is not returnable. Istamet 50/500 1-0-1 is the dosage taken regularly. We have ordered istamet 50/1000 instead of 50/500 .question is can 50/1000mg taken in 1/2-0-1/2 instead of istamet 50/500??

You cant break it, instead u can take 50/1000 in morning and plain istavel 50 at night which comes to same dose but only after consulting your doc
