Hypothyroidism. 3 days off Medicine  followed by TSH and T3, T4 is normal, It doesn't mean you do not require medicine. Thyroid medicine is for lifelong, should not stop. Only after one month of without medicine -if TSH is normal then only recommended to stop. the anti thyroid medicine. You should continue same dose thyroxine 37.5 microgram before breakfast and repeat TSH, freeT4 and free T3 after 1 month and review.

Hello... You are using tab Thyronorm 37.5.. Hlaf life of thyroid medication is long like 7 days so any change in doses will be reflected aftrr 6 to 8 weeks.. So skipping 3 days dose practically should not change results of test... If at all u want to see u really need tablet u have to stop tablet for 6 weeks and see results....this dose u are on actually very low thyroxine dose is wt. Based and usully in the range of 75 to 100 for adults!!! Do u know how high your TSH your to  begin with?? If it was above 10, I think don't stop tablet now but definitely do anti TPO test next time when u do TSH....
