My grand father has diabetes . doctor told him check your fbs and ppbs every three to six months . And check your blood sugar with glucometer every week . So which blood sugar to be check every week at home by glucometer , FBS , PPBS or RBS ?

My total cholestrol test is204.triglycerides is 85.hdl is60 ldl is127.vldl is17.ratio of total cholestrol/hdl is 3.4

My grand father has type 2 diabetes . and he is checking his fbs and ppbs in Lab every 3 to six months . So today we also bought glucometer to check his blood sugar every week at home. So only RBS is ok to check it every week i mean to check his blood sugar every week with glucometer any time ? Or he must need precaution same like for fbs and ppbs ?

Hello ge sir. Can we use calcimax k27 for my mother. 65 years age on treatment for sugar. No BP. No any blood thinner medicine. For her can we use calyk27 tablet. If yes please mention dose n duration sir. Thank you.

If a person has diabetes and if he want to check his fbs and ppbs . So if he is taking insulin or medicine before breakfast . So how can he take  insulin or medicine on the day of checking fbs and ppbs ?

I have diagnosed with pancreatitis in 2016. I have got 3 pancreatitis attacks and went under plasmapheresis. Recent attack was in 2022 January . Iam using gluconorm 1000mg twice and atocor F along with fish oil 1000mcg . Iam experiencing mild pain again in pancreas. What medicine can I use to reduce the pain and how to avoid recurrent attacks ?

Dear Sir, Yesterday I went for BLOOD SUGAR FASTING & Blood Sugar PP 2 Hours test. Report attached herewith. For BS PP 2 Hours i ate food and made sure that 132 grams carbs are included in it. I ate 3 chapati and sabzi n a big mango. I also appeared for the test exactly in 2 hrs from the first bite taken. But for Blood Sugar Fasting i gave the same in 14 hrs 20 min and have read somewhere that it should be given in 12 hours. Does because of that the BS Fasting went wrong by any means? Am I need to repeat the test. Please help.
