Absence of menstruation
Hello.. I have not had menstruation since July 2023(period end date - 15th June 2023).I am viegin and unmarried TSH,Prolactin-Normal,USG(attached),Hb(checked on 30thNov,2023)-7.7(I have Beta thalassemia trait),Urine routine+C/S-normal Out of LH and FSH,my LH is low..Does low LH cause absence of menstruation?If yes,how to correct it? Please help

If ur TSH and prolactin USG is normal u don’t need to worry, better if u see a gynaecologist,

You need to have hormonal treatment. Contact your gynaecologist. You need to take medicine for withdrawal bleeding and then observe. Sometime D&C also helps

Need to correct anaemia.Also u need treatment under Endocrinologist for few months Go for personal consultation
