I want to replace glimipiride by DPP-4 .
My diabetes is well controlled (hba1c is on average under 7) more than 10 yrs. I take glimipiride 1 mg twice & metformin total 2000 mg. But sometimes feel symptoms of low suger. So i want to replace glimipiride by DPP-4. Can you kindly advise mewhich gliptin is best & popularin india?

Don’t switch yourself. Please consult a professional Good idea to reduce or stop glimi if you’re having hypos. But gliptins not as powerful as glimi - May not be enough
