Diabetes is a grave disease and can cause multiple damage affecting multiple organs but it can be easily prevented and treated by medicine and diet control of sugar intake. You need to provide me your details before i could suggest you any kind of medication. At lower levels diabetes can be controlled by medicines but if it is at a very high level then best is to take injection insulin. Diet control is very much required by reducing the intake of any kind of sugar or sugar products like cake, pastry, rice, potato, mango, apple, sugar in drinks etc.
