What is the name of drops for cervical Pain and stiff neck. Due to which there is mild swelling also in upper back from three to four days now

Since last 15 Days I am on the allopathic medicine Otocab ( Ginko Biloba extract and Multivitamin ) for the ringing in right side ear prior to 10 days ago It's in the left side of ear and frequency is too loud. Now it's shifted to right side I consulted lot of ENT specialist but not getting guaranteed good results. Sound is like buzzing or pulsing of internal veins it's audible in silent environment and loud when BP is high. Few times heavy headache or migraine along with the Sound. I am attaching my audiometry report for reference please provide me solution.

Hello Doctor! I am suffering from Pilonidal sinus ( on the left buttock near the cleft) . Also there is small hole on the cleft just diagonal to the Sinus. Im under homeo medication and pus started coming from this hole. Its been second day of my medication and the pus started coming out. It's cream color. Is this a positive sign?
