I am having slow rate of periods flow. can anyone suggest me some medicine to increase my flow to complete my cycle asap?

Can you recommend me a homeopathy medicine to delay my periods for 3 days before 1 day of expected date?

I am suffering from upper body pain.Pain ia not severe.but when I press the skin sometimes I found peas like thing. Some time it disappears. Issue in changing side in sleeping position.unable to pick any thing on floor when I am standing.Please confirm is it serious.
