Im suffering from last 5-6 years I have had endoscopy and sigmoidoscopy also but everything normal but they told, you have gastritis and internal hemmoroids 2nd degree

Inspite of drinking only boiled water and restricted of outside food but still I get recurrent typhoid fever every year even some times twice in a year. My age is 26 . May I take Baptista 200 as a preventative medicine ??? If yes then what is the dose or if not then please explain other treatment.

On 16 th September I was lying on bed watching Mobile when i turned other side all the ceiling spinning 4 to 5 times. Can't sleep whole night whenever my head moves slightly my head is spinning even though my eyes closed. Consult allopathy and  after taking medicine for1 Month it fully cured. On 15th November same things happens. Consult doctor again the vertigo during turning in bed is cured in 7 days. But there is a feeling of falling on the left side when I am standing or walking or sitting. Left hand sometimes vibrate. Sometimes headache in back side of neck and head when lay down but not lasting more than 20mins. After Waking in morning most time my Left eye swallow. Done x ray no spondilites. Done mri everything is normal. I want to be guided to cure it completely.

I am facing problem of excessive yawning for 1 and half month.Doctor told me it happens by diaphragm related issue due to excessive gas formation in body. How can it happen .?I can't understand how can it relates to diaphragm and gas? I am confused

I've Bartholin cyst problem for which incession drainage has been done on September for both sides. In November I felt again cyst on one side and I started homeopathy medicine due to which it got burst the next day then within a week time it came 3 times and got burst on its own. I consulted another homeo doctor he told to stop medicine. Then he prescribed another set of medicine but I can see a balloon type on another side which is very soft and painless but It has became big. And the side where it came 3-4 times there I can feel something hard which is painless. Doctor said to take medicine and it will be cured. I'm really worried about it. I constantly think about gland removal but I don't want to through all of that.
