I am having hairfall due to thyroid and vit d and vit b12 deficiency I am taking medicines for this since a month still no improvement in hairfall my tsh is now 4.9 a month back it was 6.1 what should I do my hairfall is not improving

My daughter is dealing with a pcod problem since last year. Had been under an allopathic treatment which has not proved effective. She gets her periods only if she takes the medicine and that's what is bothering us. Don't want a temporary treatment for her. Need a homeopathic remedy as it won't create any side effects. Kindly guide.

I have burning in the stomach which goes to the back. Stomach burning is from chest to the naval and chest also burns. Doctor has said its gastritis. I haven't got an endoscopy done. This is happening for the last 3 months and i have burning every single day. Please help

42 yrs male suffering with ED, PE, Penile Size, Allergic Rhinitis, Alopecia, Dry Eyes, and Gastritis. The patient is currently on following medications: 1. Lycopodium 200 - Four globules at morning empty stomach. 2. Damiana Q, Nuphur Luteum Q, Ustilago Maydis Q, Agnus Castus Q. 15 drops of this dilution in half cup of water four times a day. 3. Argentum Nitricum 30, Acid Phos 30. Four globules of these 2 mixed medicines along with four globules of Natrium Muriaticum 200 four times a day. Kindly advise, in any case can the treatment plan be against the principles of homeopathy??

मै Practo पर स्थित जनहित मे कार्य कर रहे सभी चिकित्सको को नमस्कार करता हूँ। और आशा करता हूँ। की वो मेरे समस्या का समाधान करे। मै पिछले दो वर्ष से तिव्र एलर्जी रहिनिटिस  से पीड़ित हूँ। कोई भी ठंडी सब्जी जिसकी तासीर ठंडी है उसे खाता हूँ तो सर्दी जुखाम हो जाता हैं। मै थोड़ा भी तेज पंखे के नीचे सोता हूँ तो नाक बन्द हो जाती है। और सर्दी जुखाम हो जाता है। तकिया, रजाई, के बदबु से भी मुझे सर्दी हो जाती है। खट्टा चीजें जैसे आचार आदि खाता हूँ तो सर्दी हो जाता है। तेज सेंट की खुशबू, जानवरो के बाल, और कचड़े की तेज बदबु, धूल, से भी मुझे सर्दी हो जाती है। सुबह के समय छिके आना और नाक से पानी आना मेरे लिए आम बात है। मैं काफी चिकित्सको को दिखाया उन्होंने दवा दिया जब तक दवा लेता हूँ तब तक आराम रहता है। और दवा बंद करने पर वापस चालू हो जाता है। मैने फिर तीन महीने पहले होमियोपैथि चिकित्सक को दिखाया तो उन्होंने IGE जाँच कराया IGE का स्तर 625 IU/ML आया तो उनके परामर्श से मै तीन महीने से होमियोपैथि दवा R84 ले रहा हूँ। सिर्फ 30% ही आराम मिला है। पूरा आराम नही मिला है। मै क्या करु कृपया मेरी सहायता करे धन्यवाद।
