I have right upper abdominal pain since last 7 days after taking food it increase and when i ride bike then it increases I take meals properly all things is good and this problem happen after i had fever and i took azithromicine after that fever gone but pain start after fever

Last 4 days fever is 99-101 F. Antibiotics amoxyclav 625 and paracetamol 650 mg fail to lower fever. CBC results normal but widal test positive. Taking antibiotics vomiting sense and vomit 2 times. Now homeopathy treatment possible ???
