I have baby child of 1 month. His weight is 4.2 kg. She has excessive gas problem. When she feed mother she vomite plz suggest some medicine

I m suffering from groin pain since April month which is radiating to my scrtom only in right side.even I feel heaviness on right side groin while bending.i have attached my ultrasound reports.pls suggest it being long time and I have consulted surgen urologist neurologist but no one can diagnose .I have already had gabapin medicine for 2 months.pls help

I have child of 1 month weight 4.2 kg baby girl. She has lots of gas problem and also she does not sleep during night and always use to cry at night so can I use chamomilla drop and jalapa homopathic medicine. Is it safe or not or if not then suggest me some other homopathy medicine so that she can feel comfortable and sleeping problem can be reduced. His ultrasound report is also normal. His cbc report is also normal. But reducing sugar test is positive. Her stomach always gets tightened. Plz suggest me.

Hello Doctors, Since last 4 months my sister is suffering from the left upper limb swelling and pain since last 2 months. We have conducted the MRI, Color Doppler, USG and Biopsy. All the reports received as normal but no proper conclusion. The skin and subcutaneous tissues are normal. As per MRI report, The lesion or mass is closely abutting superficial branch of the radial nerve without signal disturbance. The remaining muscle and bones appears to be normal. We have consulted vascular specialist doctor they informed to weed out this mass formation by operation but it's risky could be damage veins. Please suggest us any medicine and treatment.
