Sir i am having micropenis , is there is any solution for that. I consulted a homeopathy dr ,but he doesn't asked about my history ,he just gave me medicine for that, I can't even know the name of the medicine which i am taking.

I am facing hair loss in crown area. No itching in hair, i massage twice a week with oil but still facing issue. Photos are attached. One of the local homeopathy doctor suggested some external medicine and jaborandi Q solution on hair. Can anyone suggest should I use jaborandi Q on hair crown area?
