Does homeopathy medicines gives complete 100% relief from constipation ??and how many days needed to get complete relief from constipation??does we have to take more fiber in our diet or keep same if I take homeopathy medicines?? Please give answers if you know the exact answers of my question???

My mother is having pain in the right upper abdomen since 15 days.. The USG report says few ecogenic foci noted in lumen largest measuring 5.4 mm likely calculi.. Cholesterosis changes are seen in the wall.. Bilateral mild raised renal cortical echoes seen.. Left simple renal cyst.. What does this mean? Is my mother in any danger? Doctors are saying for operation.. Can homeopathy help me quickly? Also a stone is stuck in the bile duct, said by one doctor that might be causing her pain.. Can homeopathy help this situation of Cholestheosis? Also please tell if she has CKD or not??
