These days my bp fluctuates. Sometimes its completely normal and on some days it ranges from 150/100 to 140/90. I have rauwofia serpentina with me that i have not started. Is it advisable to take it? Dosage and for how long? Kindly advise.

Sir, Iam suffering from pressure and heaviness in head, my pressure and heaviness in head increasing while walking on hard roads like cement roads iam getting severe pressure and heaviness in head.
