What's the symptomatic difference between ibs and celiac disease or is it curable by homeopathy treatment?

My 5 year old daughter has indigestion issue. She go to Toilet after her meal most of the time and complaint about pain in stomoch sometime. Please advise any Homepathy medicine for the same. Thank you.

Hi Doc, Everytime when I give an interview or presentation at office or get into a fight with someone. I will be very nervous like heartbeat runs very fast, hands shaking and change in voice modulation for 3 to 4 minutes , result of this my overall impression goes down and I can't achive my goals . I hv single gallstine detecred which is 15 mm in size. I don't feel any pain specially on the right side but get severe gas and acidity in a month even when I take very simple food like dal rice, khicdi. I hv also high bp and taking alopathic medicines for it. Without medicines it comes like 150/100. Can you please suggest treatment for gallstone as well as high bp.
