Hi Dr. My brother in law got brain stroke in brain stem last year on 20 th April in london and is in coma since then, more than 9montgs now but no response or improvements. I heard about homeoparhy medicine arnica 1000. Could you please advice if this medicine can be given or any other better medicine you can suggest.

I have been taking R16 of Dr Reckeweg 10 drops in some water 3 times a day and Natrum Carb 30 of SBL 2 drops 3 times a day (no water) for migraine for the past 1 week and now for the past 2 days I am having rashes or pimples with itching problem So is this because of these medicines or what? Please tell me
