Hi, I am 21 years old and my height is 5'4" which i wish to increase more. I have been working out since last two years to gain height and i was also successful to gain couple of inches, I used to stretches, Tadasana, have 2 glasses of milk, protien rich diet and also Ashwagandha. But i wish to gain more height Is it possible through Medicines which has no side effects? Please do let me know and guide in the right direction. Thank you!

I have skin infection for 3years.(Skin infection condition is REDNESS, ITCHING, WATER FILLED BLISTER). I don't what was the reason behind it. I am eating very simple diet. Doc. miss Merlin on practo gave her medicine which she had for 1 month...and after she went for ultrasound...there was no effect on that stone.. the stone was still of same size...as she told that u will see the result after 15 days
