Already answered the question once. Most of the patient try to avoid doctor's consultation for any reason and try it say experiment with random. Suggestions, Google search, over the counter suggestions etc and end up spending more Now it's your decision what to do.

Hello dear, your basic issue is hormonal imbalance which is reflected in your hair. Whatever medicine you take for hair fall or whatever oil you change it cannot be controlled unless & until your hormonal imbalance is restored. I would advise not to take these tinctures. Take a proper Constitutional Homoeopathy medicine & you could see changes in all the systems. It will also cure it completely. To know more and for any other concern you can call us or reach us online.

In such case, superficial use of any oil or mother tincture will be helpful to get rid of it for few days only. If you want permanent solution for your complaints, better to go with proper consultation. Details of each and every disease or symptoms should be considered as well psychological aspect of your life should be considered while prescribing homoepathic constitutional medicine.
