I get actopic hear beats from past year i did echo test and ecg lipid profile thyroid test that went normal it is so fearful it feels like heart attack i was having anxiety also some times it is gon 2 3 months then come back again when i take heart beat very up in exercise that time also happens is it normal please tell me i go gym every day

Please advise if any medication is required. Also, let me know if any further tests are required. Got tests done today.

Diagnosed with heart ailments Male, 26 I have recently been diagnosed with mild concentric lvh and grade 1 diastolic dysfunction . I am having intermittent chest pain and back pain not related with physical activity. Below are other details: TSH-10.32 Free T4 - 0.85 CRP - 4.5 HDL-32 LDL-181 TROP T - Negative Ejection Fraction = 72% Hb,DC,TC normal ECG and ECHO reports attached. Can anyone please evaluate my ECG report . Note: I was hypertensive(155/95) and without medication . Now taking medicine and bp is 125/80. Thank you in advance

Doctor when I notice more skipped heartbeats recently then I went to cardiologist he runned the tests. Like ,TMT,Echoo, x ray ,then said your heart is totally fine , But when he doing echo i got skipped heartbeats then the doctor noticed it and prescribed (Met xl 25) tablets said you should use for  long time ,now I am 22 Years old Now I am getting questions regarding the tablets should I start in these younger age ,is there any problem in long run especially  when I forgotten to take what will happen, my blood pressure is normal  please clarify my problem

Dr Sivabal V sir and Ajeya sir do I need to perform ecg again because you know my situation what it is echo and all are normal and yesterday I did ecg 5 times and it showed different results and day before normal? And sir I am scared to take propanol Milan should I take or not sir?

ECG and ECHO attached Mild intermittent chest and back pain . Pain seems to be of no relation with physical activity. TROP T- Negative Total cholesterol - 241 LDL - 181 HDL - 32 Ejection Fraction- 72%

Pain between shoulder blades sometimes pain in centre chest i have cardiophobia from many months two months back i did ecg echo lipid profile scretinine cbc esr crp vitamin calcium urine everything came back normal only heart beat was high so the doctor suggested me to go to physiatrist i am on medication for anxiety and in counselling but two days back i gt this pain once again shoulder blade pain chest pain i have gastric issue from very long time now m worried because its been two months i did ecg echo can heart problem occur after that please suggest do i need to repeat the tests

Hlo sir/ Mam. Am 21 year old male I have noticed whenever I go under extreme stress I start feeling chest pain and also left arm pain... it will peak for 30/40 mints and than slow down but still stay for 3-4 hours easily Like once I got in an argument in train which led to severe chest n abdomen discomfort for which I was rushed to ER ( ekg n trop okay) I have been dealing with ocd so I do experience stress frequently when I am exposed to my triggers- contamination... I went to cardio last month who did ecg, echo, tmt, lipids n when everything was normal he referred to psychologist. Am taking treatment since than but there's no improvement in this chest pain issue. Regarding left arm I do feel some muscle tension in left joint shoulder I have developed a fear of going into heart attack now

I had my cholesterol 254 with 180 ldl and 180 triglycerides in may end 2021 some doctor told me to start statin but i when i took second advice many told to not start statin at such young age at start diet control and i started diet exercise etc for control but due various personal reasons i got off that regime after like 2 months and was back on my old diet , which was basically junk and mess food , a lot was going on during that time and i was just not able to give time to myself and now again i am scared what i have done doctors told me to reduce my cholesterol in 3 months and its been like 8 months , i am a big time hypochondriac (health anxiety) i know there is no wealth bigger than health but things were not in my control , coming to the point , does having such high cholesterol in my body have scarred(clogged arteries )my body to such extent that whatever i do my life is reduced or there is still time for me to comtrol it , because athough i am back on track , but still scared
