Dear Doctors , Today first time i measured my BP. The range went from 142/89- 134/89 in 4 readings that i took today with doctor. I am just 26 years old , also go to gym I am very shocked to see this high BP. Can you please tell what is the reason and what should I do now I am very scared and panic

How do I get myself an ECG test. Where do I get a prescription. I feel that mental condition has taken a toll on my heart

Since October last year the problem is started. I have done 4 ecg since then, all have come normal, in November last year I had also done 2d echo and Tmt test in this year March which also come as normal. My cardiologist ruled out that is anxiety issues not heart related issues. But this pain comes and go, I feel weakness sometimes and fear of something will happen. Since last week there was bot any pain, but last two days again pain is there. It happen multiple time. Please clear my doubt if this heart related issue or I need to get the test again.

I am having constant chest pain from 5 months now,my ecg,xray,lipid profile,echo,apolipo protein A/B, where fine. But in xray cervical problem came..these test were done 4 months ago..i have major anxiety problem also..so i've done echo test few days ago..test came out fine. But because of this pain all day i feel miserable and anxious. It is heart related or not? And i want to join gym bcz i am very skinny..bt afraid to ho because of this pain.should i go or not?pls suggest.

I constantly feel sudden urge to take a breath from my mouth that causes fullness of chest and that breath feels incomplete. I have taken ecgs again and again it results in incomplete right bundle branch block and sinus Arythimia I am very scared my lipid profile is normal and my echo as well not taken a tmt because my doctor is not able to find what it is. My nasal breathing is fine but i still feel and urge to take a big breath my chest xray is also fine i am unable to figure out what is this. I too tend to feel my heart beating fast at times . Normal Resting Heart Rate 80+ When I Haven't Slept Or Had Less Sleep <6hrs On That Day It Stays in 70-80 Range Is it Normal ?

Triglycerides serum is 263. LDL Cholesterol is 123. These are in risk condition or my cholesterol is normal?
