Is it ok to stop ciplar 10 tab? First i took ciplar 20 for 2.5month and for 15 days i take ciplar 10...i take it for anxiety...i did not take it now for 6-8 days...is it ok to stop...or anything serious problem happen

Hello doctors. Doctors from the past 2.5 years I am taking metpure xl 50 for my tachycardia problem. My starting dose was 25mg. But a week before I got dizziness and another doctor changed my metpure xl 50 dose to metpure xl 12.5mg. But again after a week I am feeling tachycardia. So should I increase my dose to 25mg or 50mg now or switch to some other medicine ?
