High triglycerides
I have high triglycerides about 400 and hdl and ldl normal... Recently on 31st may 2022 done tmt and echo both are normal... I have done more than 15 times ecg everytime it's normall... Still I have chest pain and pain Centre and below chest.. What should I do

Pain is non cardiac. For triglycerides take medicines along with diet and exercise.
