I took ECG , it shows some variation. So doctor told Me take echo and angiogram test. Result shows echo is normal and no blockage in angio. Doctor told it may be due to gas and gave medicine for gastric, even though I feel uneasyness in my chest some time after taking gastric medicine

Hello doctors. I have been detected with sinus tachycardia(high pulse rate) and have been on medication from 2020. No other issues all the test reports are ok. I was given metpure xl 50mg which worked fine for me. But suddenly my doctor changed my medicine from metpure xl 50 to nebicard 2.5mg. Now I am confused why did doctor change my medicine. What should I do ? Should I switch to nebicard 2.5mg ? It won't cause any problems to my heart ?? Will it reduce my pulse rate ? Very confused.kindly help doctors.

Does vitamins d3 and b12 deficiencies cause chest pain. I am b12 deficient and feeling chest since 6 months.. 6months back tmt and echo was normal

24 hr holter shows 7.5% of APCs. Mild symptoms of palpitations once or twice a week. Echo is normal. Is beta blocker needed for this? If I start a beta blocker is it possible to get off the medicine in short time of a month or two? I am afraid to start as it might be habit forming and further increase the complications. Please suggest!

Dr Deepak R sehjol I meant to say was every time I get up from bed I am having it not only morning even if I sit I am having sensation of faint I cannot stand up for even few sec I feel like I will faint it's not only morning it's whole day from yesterday it has happened.

Sir/ mam my father blood pressure is 135 to 140 but sometime have breathing problem discomfort. His sugar level also maintained at 140. Medicine is also going on 1. Amalong 10 mg and moxovas 0.2 mg thrice in a day. Please suggest and bp is found more in the morning round of 138-145.

Hi Doctors, I feeling a unknown fear full of today.. I don't know why? From wakeup today to till.. I feel very unknown fear.. I am being very tensed, confused and something unexplained.. what may be the reason.. 1 hr before i feel pricking pain on my left chest and back.. lasting for 5 seconds and disappeared.. after that i feel fear and slight headache.. pls help doctor.. 6 mnth back i did ecg echo and tmt multiple times, all test results are negative. What should i do.
