I am feeling dizzy it feels like my eyes are moving slowly and going to faint type I drank 6 cups of coffee but it's still like this I drank a pinch of salt water it's the same what should I do is it because I am eating meals late or my diet doesn't have salt I am in UK for studies and I even can't measure pressure I don't know what problem it is it feels like fainting type of it started yesterday morning and it's still there pls help pls give advice what to do

Hello, I went for yearly health checkup every report came normal including ECG, Lipid, LFT, CBC, Check xray except low Vit D and Echo - Mild PAH/ Trival TR/ Mild PR with RVSP 33 mmhg. I had covid 2 times last in 3 months back with couging n fever. I checked with Cardiologist and he suggested to repeat test after 3 month. I am very tense as I dont have any symptoms I do mrng walks 3KM without problem Can it get worse or it's just fault in report?

I am taking Cilnidipine 10 twice for high bp. BP remained 145/95. Last week doctor has prescribed Nebi 2.5 mg once daily for taking in morning. Now 5 days on Nebi , having haeadache,  sleepy feeling and from yesterday night breathing difficulty. Could this be due to Nebivelol?

Sir/madam, I am suffering diabetes and htn for the last 1 year.  Due to chest pain and shortness of breath, Last oct 2021 i have done my echo,which is normal with lvef 58% and grade 1 diastolic dysfunction, tmt negetive, ECG normal. But till date I face chest pain, left hand pain every week. sometime my heartbeat raise to 150,160 and bp 180/110,feeling passing out which is occurs every month's from last one year. And chest and left hand pain with jaw pain every time. Last year doc says it's not cardiac issue. But still I feel palpitation and upper symptoms which I mentioned. Without one day of bp medicine my bp goes 170/110 and heart beat 130. I am taking metoprolol 50 2 times, talmisartan 40 2 times a day and vildapride m 50/500 2 times a day. Can I go through another echo and tmt test because I do it last year in October. Which is 7 months old. Please tell me doc what should I do? I attached my last year echo and tmt report and recent ECG with this.

I have been on prapanol based medicine for my fast heart rate beat around a year now. Currently I am taking ciplar la 20 and beta anxit 20 for around two months after a big episode of fast rate and trembling. I am feeling better than usual but my resting heart rate is between 70-84 and around medicine time usually ( before or after too) when I do some physical work like bathing or moving around in house and anything of this type i notice my heart rate reaching to 100 and feels slight uncomfortable in head, like tightness or some head going type feeling or feeling like my around thing are about to spin. This goes very quickly u can say this stays for 10 second. Also i don't feel much strength than earlier always having fear of increasing beat. Besides my echo and ECG was normal  ecg was with statement sinus tachycardia. Is it normal or should I go to doctor. Actually I live very far from the doctor and he suggested me to take these medicines for 4 months. Please help me and thank you.

From last 2 days, I'm having pain at 2 spots on the same time. Left side of chest and slightly above elbow. It lasts only for 1 sec. The pain never happens while moving. It pains only on rest. I even did jumping 100 times and walked fast for 2 Kilometres but the it didn't pain. My only concern is it pains on those 2 spots at the same time. Pain is not moving. Please suggest what to do.

Recenty i had chest pain and shoulder pain and left hand sensation.i go for EGC,2D ECHO ,TMT and tropo i test all comes normal.after that also i had left hand sensation and chest discomfort and cold sweat anytime without chest pain.

Can you please suggest how does the report look? 2D echo is normal. No symptoms as such. Shows 7.5% of SVE beats. Any medication is needed or can be controlled with lifestyle changes? I don't drink and don't smoke.
