I'm 23 year old guy. I'm feeling pulses in the inner area of foot for a few days. I'm not sure whether it is normal or not. Or whether it's because of stress or not.
1) Is it something that I should be concerned about?

Racing heart

Pain in left hand side brain since 3 day
Last night, I got emergency treatment from a hospital. My blood pressure was 220/100. And today it was 150/87 in the morning. I took starpress t50xl and amlovas 5mg. Just half and hour ago, I am feeling pain in left side brain and my BP is raised to 170/93. Since, today is sunday no doctor is available in OPD. What should I do?
