I have got my 2D echo done today as I had symptoms of gas along with chest pain and shortness of breathe. Kindly let me know if my echo reports are normal.

I am having constant pain in left chest,left shoulder and arm and left leg..from 5 months now..my ecg,echo,lipid profile,apolipo proteinA/B were fine. But in xray cervical problem came.These test are done 3 months ago..i have this constant stabing pain so i've done echo a week ago which came fine. I've anxiety problem also. My father have BP problems. This BP is recorded near 180/118 from last two days and now his reading is 190/118. And he is feeling headache in one side of his head, near upper side of ear. Please consult is this a serious issue. He is taking medicine from a hospital. It should we go to the emergency hospital immediately? Is there chances of blood clotage?
