Can I do normal exercises after gradually stopping my medication of beta blockers? Will it cause any harm to my body? I was prescribed beta blockers for my anxiety symptom which was heart palpitations.

I have pressure like pulsing in head and palpitations in neck and chest..what is the cause I have sinus tachycardia.. in ecg and I did 2d echo it was normal. Advised by a doctor to take Concur 5mg (Bisoprolol fumarate) for frequent APCs of 7.5% load detected in 24 hr holter report. My question is - Can taking beta blocker weaken the heart functionality in long term? Is it possible to leave this after 1-2 month? I am worried about withdrawal symptoms and habit forming nature of the medication. Echo was normal, ECG had few ectopic beats and all other blood tests are normal.

Hello Sir/madam, from last 3 years after covid I am physically inactive I have a cholesterol problem... I did TMT and 2D echo test and it came normal in June 2020... But today on 25th May 2022 I had a lot work and physical activity I had to clime the stairs more than 15 times and almost tired and almost heard my heart beating fast palpitations and some kind of chest pain... is that thing to take seriously because I am very tensed and afraid and did this physical thingy after long year...
