Heart attack and then angioplasty
My father(58) had a heart attack 2 days ago and based on angiography, one of his artery was 100% blocked. The doctors performed a angioplasty and inserted a stent. Under 48 hrs observation He is diabetic and also has cholestrol. The doctors also mentioned that his tlc level is 20000 and is under medication. He is feeling heaviness in his chest Can someone suggest if this is normal and how can I make sure that I take care of his health going forward.

Please follow treating cardiologist advice. It's common to have TLC of 20 k in heart attack during initial phase. It will come down.
