Hello Sir/madam, from last 3 years after covid I am physically inactive I have a cholesterol problem... I did TMT and 2D echo test and it came normal in June 2020... But today on 25th May 2022 I had a lot work and physical activity I had to clime the stairs more than 15 times and almost tired and almost heard my heart beating fast palpitations and some kind of chest pain... is that thing to take seriously because I am very tensed and afraid and did this physical thingy after long year... Thank You

I visited to a general physician near me for back pain he checked my bp it was 150/120 he gave injection and gave me anxiety medicine (Etilum Pro20) and Bp medicine (Triolmighty 20) and told me I can't take cough syrup and pain killer.After taking bp medicine for 2 days I am feeling increase in heart beat and head spinning,I visited him again and he told me that bp patients face this problem everyday.But after taking medicine for 5 months.No improvement, Doctor told me that I have to continue taking medicine till it comes to normal and stay for a month. I am a 1st year student I always keep that medicine in my pocket who knows when I need to have that. Can anyone help me please I want to cure this problem permanently??

My father had a heart attack yesterday and after a injection he was normalised and today we came to another hospital for angiogram and by taking that the doctors are telling that angioplasty needs to done as there are two blockages which are more than 80%. What happens if we don't perform the angioplasty and what are the alternatives we can do. And is there any naturally way we can remove the blockage from home.
