Can u kindly share why Rozagold(Rosuvastatin, Aspirin and Clopidigrel) is better than Clavilip (Clopidigrel and Atorvastatin).

I am male 48. I have problem of high bp. I take Telvas H 40/12.5 once in the morning. My BP used to be 140/90 . My doctor suggested me for walking. I started walking but since few days due to some problem I can't go for walking. Now I have developed interest in muscle building. So now I do some push-ups and dumbbell exercises at home with spot jogging for 10-15 minutes. But I have found that if I do the proper exercise my BP is not down, it increases a bit. Shall I do very light exercise ? Or what to do? But for muscle development I will have to work a little bit hard. Please suggest.

I have had heart palpitations on one or 2 occasions. My echo and ecg came out normal. I feel scared sometimes. If my echo and ecg is normal do i need further testing for diagnosis of heart problems? Does normal echo and ecg suggest no significant blockage? Do i need further testing?

I had abdominal pain today so I consulted the doctor and as precaution he advised ECG in ECG it was written slight st elevation in v5 and v6.but the doctor here said it is absolutely normal.i am bit worried kindly help.
