Which one is the best beta blocker regarding anxiety and arrhythmia , propranolol or metoprolol Succinate??

I had an headache so I visited a doctor. My BP was 130/100. I didn't measured my BP in last 2 yrs, before that I used to have bp arnd 110/70. My doctor adviced to observe Bp for 5 more days. What could be the reason? All my blood reports came out fine except CRP which was 6 + and low sodium arnd 133. I do feel tired throughout the day. What should I do?

Yesterday night my HR was 50-55 Today morning after sleep it just 42 in bed And in whole day it's 60-65 But sometimes its goes down like 50-55 sometimes i was going in ground and run then HR 186 It's good or any prblm please tell me

I am having this pain intermittently since lst 3-4 months, have done ecg, echo all came normal but the pain is still there intermittently, what shall i do

I have chest pain left side and rapid heart beat in noon. I take metoprolol for my rapid heart beat. I forgot to take the metoprolol in morning. So I took in afternoon but by the time left chest pain and rapid HR started. I got panicked and went to ECG. ECG showed sinus tachycardia. Please tell whether the changes in ECG are related to any sort of attack. Or was it otherwise normal ECG? Right now my HR is stabilised but mild dull pain is still there with severe acidity. 5 months back I went for CT Angiogram which showed no significant blockages. But my HR and BP is irregular. For that I take metosartan.

Sir/Ma'am As i was suffering from higher heart rate, more than 100 and anxiety, panic attack my cardiologist said me to not take vaccination at that time and prescribed me Inderal 20 and sleep helping medicines after 2 months i felt better but i had to take rabies vaccine last month (11-5-22) I haven't got my first dose of covid vaccination till now. Can i start my covid vaccination taking first dose of vaccine from now is it safe now

Having chest pain for long period... 2d eco was done in Jan 22 ..when I taken Concor 2.5 by pulse and bp remains normal... But when. I stop it starts rising pulse beyond 100 and bp 150 / 110.. I want to stop medications

My cholesterol and triglycerides are high as stated in the attached photo, i am also having high blood pressure of which i am taking medicine telma am, for this high cholesterol and triglycerides should i start medication? Please help
