Does BP medicine Olmesartan increase creatinine level and may affect kidney function over long period of usage ?

I did my ecg yesterday which says irregular heart beats or sometimes sinus tachycardia of all my ecg doctor suggested me to take nebi 2.5 I have anxiety and over thinking issues is it going to help I dnt have blood pressure or any other problem kindly suggest I m in 2 minds for medicine.

Dear Doctors, I have been facing some chest tightness issues for the past 4-5 days, generally during the night. It it intermittent during the day but feels like some pressure. Hello doctor I have palpitations one day and I took ecg it showed sinus tachycardia.I also did 2d echo test it was normal.later I a week later I did another ecg and it was normal.at present im using betablockers and nexito plus tablets from almost 6 months .I also did blood test and tvyroid test both are normal.but what scares me is is this anything related to heart? As I am experiencing a pulsing like feeling in lower back of head and palipitation like feeling in neck sometimes. What is the cause?
