My echo CARDIOGRAPHY shows Mild diastolic dysfunction and Mild PASP 35mm HG ,is it anything alarming ? Pls suggest.Reports attached.

One month ago my father's pacemaker implant surgery was done. After that, everyday I checked his heartbeat which was (70-74). But i noticed, nowadays his heartbeat is (60-63) . Now what should I do. Is it normal or dangerous ? He is also a diabetic and blood pressure patient. Please reply doctors 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Is this ECG Normal?? Recent blood cholesterol levels are normal. All other blood parameters and urine parameters are normal as well. Have no other physical issue or problem. Took this test as part of pre employment checkup. Pls let me know.

My mother is 60 years old . She have diabetis, Coronary Artery Disease and joint pains. Can she follow seed cycling? Usually two teaspoons sees powder is taken. Does she can take two teaspoons seed powder or one?

Feeling chest pain from September last year.. Done echo in tmt  Thn... All were normal.. But pain is still there.. Now I am feeling something has stuck in my chest area.. And from there pain is Transmitting.. No breath less ness... No dizziness no.. Sweating... But stabing pain is feeling full day.. What should I do

On around 28/05/2022 my grandmother felt a sharp pain in her chest region. We urgently took her to the doctor and he wrote some medications after conducting the ECG and Echo. After that, although there is no pain but she gets palpitations in the afternoon time only and finds it really difficult to breathe. But that is only around 12pm-4pm and after that she gets fit and fine. The doctor has prescribed a medicine which is given to her after which she feels fine but the problem in breathings remains for a quite long time. This is a routine for everyday. Following are the photos of Report, ECG and Medications. Please tell that why she gets palpitations and is not able to breathe properly (ghabrahat) and what could be done to cure this ? What should be done now ? Shall she rely upon medications only or we must go for angiography and surgery ?

I am measuring blood pressure in both arms and getting the reading as follows- Left arm - 125/80 Right arm - 142/95 Why this difference is there and which reading i should consider? Do these readings are normal or can tell about any BP issue. Do i need medication for bp?

I am suffering by cardiophobia since last year... And facing continuous chest pain and left hand pain.. On and off full day... Done echo and tmt last year.. N both were normal. At that time..
