I am 34 years old. I am suffering from left chest pain, shortness of breath, insomnia, and high bp. My tmt was negative for rmi with exercise induced svt and in echo report concentric lvh seen with mild Mr. and tr. First doctor advised me nebivolol 2.5 in morning and cilnidipine 5 in evening. I took advice from other doctor he advised prolomet xl 50 in morning and dilzem cd 60 in evening. And one more doctor advice me Olmesar ch 40 and placida 10 in morning and beta anxit 20 in night. I am very confuse as these all BP medicine of different class..Please advice me which one treatment I follow?

I am an obese male 27 yrs old, recently diagnosed with prediabetes. My weight is 102kg and height is 178 cms. I was moderately active but because of the following illness now i am totally inactive and living sedentary lifestyle. I am experiencing symptoms like shortness of breath, rapid hearbeats, dizziness, swelling all over the body and excessive sweating. These symptoms gets aggravated when i start to move for daily activities like taking bath, wearing clothes etc. So that i can't do anything. I went to dr and he did 2 D echo. He said everything is normal. Ejection fraction is 60%. Lipid profile is normal. What may be the reason for this condition?

Hello doctor I have palpitations so I took ecg and it showed sinus tachycardia.also I did 2d echo test it was normal. I also took another ecg some days later it was normal. But right now I'm using betablockers in the morning and nexito plus tablets in the night.but what scares me is sometimes I'm feeling a pressure in head and pulsing in neck and feeling palipitations when I move or sit. What is the cause is this anything heart related? Pls help me out.I also did blood test it was normal.and recently I did thyroid test it shows increased tsh levels.but I'm not able to understand the cause.pls help me

My father is 62 years old...He is a patient of hypertension and diabetes...From last one month he is having low pulse rate,i.e., 58bpm... Sometimes he feels suffocated and dizzy also...Today his blood pressure comes 150/95 and pulse rate 58...What is the reason of low pulse rate(58)...Is there anything to worry about? Please help.

Hi, I am feeling chest heaviness and left arm pain from the last 2 days. Also, having bloating (gas) from 2-3 days.. I am confused..Is it related to the gastric issue or any heart related issue...never faced such issue before this.

Yester, when my mother(52years ) wor in kitchen, she feel dizziness, sweating and pressure on chest for 2-5 sec and normal after 5 sec... 2 years back she feels same and when we go to hospital, doctor take ECG test... Sugar level -98.6 in evening Please help

Hi i am male 36. Some times i feel pain in middle part of chest or pressure while sitting or lying down in bed.but i don't feel any issue in breathing or unisi ness..what exactly is this ...is it cardiac pain or due to gastric becoz my stomach is also disturb or indont have any proper routine of talking lunch and breakfast i do smoke as well.pain or pressure is exactly in chest bone middle or downwards above abdomen. I'm taking lodoz 5 mg for bp and fast heart rate coz my heart rate always above 100 while awaking or walking and I also take placida 10 mg this medicine I'm using since 2 years but now my dr stopped placida 10 mg and start clonofit plus 10 mg at night and lodoz 5 mg are continuing but I notice that about 10 days my heart rate slightly slow when im resting or sleeping I checked after waking up so my heart rate around 58 to 62 then after eating or doing some work it goes to 90 in this situation when I rest my heart rate goes down to 60 to 70 and bp was 110/70 so my question is this is normal or something changes in my heart? B.coz in some days before my resting heart rate was 80 to 85 and now it's remain 60+

Hello, my triglycerides cholesterol is 190, LDL 139, SGPT 70.3, Vitamin D 14.5, vitamin B 1297 . I m taking tetan AM tblt for high BP. Sometimes i feel heavy ness in my chest and sometimes feel mild pain.suffering since 2 months. I hv spondylitis too.  echo and ECG reports (done almost 2 yrs ago)came normal. any suggestions.
