In rural area there are no modern facilities. Problem: Back pain and lef hand pain from last day. Goes to local mbbs physician . He checked me physically and clinically. The data: Bp-130/80 Pr-78(r) Bl-vbs Jvp-normal Cvs -s1 S2 normal. Peripheral pulse equally palpable. Done a ecg attached Is ecg normal? Or anything?

Good evening sir / madam, actually am having sometimes pinching kind of chest pain which will be like pulling inside my chest area until neck again the pain will subside within few minutes . Sometime it's also radiating until shoulder and armpit area , the pain comes left sided only sometimes behind the breast bone and below the breast area . I have done four ECG until recent update everything came normal , in march i had done echo, troponin, chest xray , everything came normal but pain is coming and going from past 3 months .i dont habe shortness of breathe ..only sweating on palms with Heart Rate of 130 above sometimes, and i feel twitching inside chest area , legs and arms , randomly twitching. Bp also normal 110/90 what is the main cause of this pls say me sir/ madam thank you

Sir my ecg echo tmt were normal 8 months before .I have left side chest tightness something in middle also . little pain also there .i can run 4 km no pain while running only weird feeling .my ldl is 155 and triglycerides are only 90 . sometimes left hand middle muscle spasm type feeling . I went to doctor he treated is like acidity but problem is still there .i ignore it but sometimes I get irritated and worry .my vitamin d and vitamin 12 is  also good . What should I do ?

I am being treated for bacterial overgrowth in intestine and responding well to the treatment. But sometimes I experience upper back pain, shoulder pain and arm pain on left side mostly. Very rarely it's on right side. It feels like dull ache. I also feel gassy. Can it be due to gas? Or should I see a doctor and get ECG done. I am 37,female.

St abnormalities in ECG means what? I got sudden increase in heart rate and after ECG it's showing ST abnormality. Is it serious issue or generally it shows in ECG.

3 episodes of having high BP after consuming something which is high in salt. I have reduced the salt. What else should I need to do. Did a Suger test which is normal. Kft serum creatinine 0.69 I am 5 ft 10 inch male I am overweight by 10-12 kgs according to my BMI. Please advice what should be my plan of action from now. Any tests? Any dietry modifications? Why is happening only to me when other people also had the same food with same amount of salt? Pls advice I am very worried.

Hello doctors, Please check attached ECG & ECHO it's normal? It was  taken 11days ago. I have chest pain left shoulder pain and sharpness pain since 11 months. I have done ECG, ECHO & TMT 8 Months ago and this Report is normal Doctor prescribed me inderal 10 Mg for 1 year Still taking night one tab.(6 months) Could I do TMT test again if I stop taking propranolol and how can I change My lifestyle Please suggest me I am worried about this.
