Troponin test also normal but I have anxiety probelm is there any chance of heart attack In age of 30 because sometimes I feel I have heart attack and what chances person can die in first heart attack

Im a boy of 27 yrs.. I have covid history and history of hyperthyroidism ... Now i have normal Thyroid level from 6/7 months.. But Still have heart rate upto 115 and mostly aroud 90-105 .. But In Morning it show's around 75-85 .. IN WORKING Hours it Increases and becomes around 90-110 .. I also have elevated diastolic pressure upto 90-95 and systolic Normal .. Ecs shows sinus Tachycardia and Echo was normal .. What to do.. Is it a subject of Concern
